Hello everybody I have really noticed the difference since I have been doing Kegel exercises. It's taken time because I so often don't remember - thats why the song is great by the way. When my son was two years old I vividly remember jumping up to do something quickly and totally soaking my undies. I was out for the day and it was so difficult to manage. Thats when I got into doing my pelvic floor exercises in earnest (for a while!) and I put post-it notes up everywhere to remind myself. Within a few months the incontinence when I did something unexpected was gone. I'd still find myself leaking sometimes when I coughed or sneezed and then I'd start trying to remember again. Over a few years that has lessened and lessened and I haven't had a problem now for a long time. I still do the exercises though - I like the sensation and I don't want to go back to the old problem. SO it is really worth doing the kegel - and worth making a habit of so that you can remember easily and do them whenever you do something else that you often do. Go kegelers! J
